HAL graphical editor work in progress

From time to time, I'll continue using this site as a place to announce my work on emc2, particularly when that work is too experimental to immediately become a part of the development branch. For example, here's a screenshot of a schematic editor for HAL configuration. When this is polished enough for others to start using it, the second place you'll read about it is here---the first place being the #emc or #emc-devel channels on IRC.
