Some gantry systems use two motors to control a single axis. gantrykins is an emc2 kinematics module intended to help in configuration of such machines.

This code has not yet been tested on a real-world machine, but it appears to work in the simulator, certain problems in the GUI notwithstanding.

The emc-developers list is a good place to discuss this code.
