OK, so we didn't quite make the "before christmas" goal. But here it is, with many improvements since 1.0b1.

Here are some of the changes in this version:

• changed emc/rcslib configuration detection, still needs work for emc2

• feed override limit comes from inifile

• uses real rs274 parser instead of homebrew

• scripts installed in emc's plat bin directory (not /usr/bin or /usr/local/bin)

• improved coordinate display (machine/relative, actual/commanded)

• size of coordinate display settable through X resource database

• various bugs fixed
